BUNOVA is an AI-native growth operating system for businesses, providing a company knowledge base, AI support/sales (draft generation and human handoff), multi-channel messaging (Web Chat, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DM, Messenger), CRM and revenue analytics.
BUNOVA requires business registration and approval. You must keep registration information accurate and are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if your account is compromised.
AI-generated content is assistive and may be inaccurate; outbound messages require human approval or must comply with your configured automation policies. BUNOVA does not promise specific lead volumes, search rankings or revenue outcomes.
The service is billed via subscription plus Growth Credits per your order and price list. Amounts are metered in integer smallest currency units; paid actions are circuit-broken when the balance is insufficient.

Our design target is 99.9% monthly core-service availability, which is not a legally binding SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; we are not liable for outages caused by third-party channels (Meta, email/SMS/payment providers) but will assist with recovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUNOVA is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event.
You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time; we may suspend or terminate for material breach. Data after termination is handled per the Data Deletion Instructions.
