一、适用范围

本说明适用于希望删除其在 BUNOVA 中个人信息的个人，以及希望删除其企业工作区数据的企业客户管理员。

二、通过 Meta 渠道与我们互动的用户

如果您曾通过 WhatsApp、Instagram 私信或 Messenger 与使用 BUNOVA 的企业沟通过，您的消息由对应企业（而非 BUNOVA）作为数据控制者管理。如需删除这些对话记录：

  • 您也可以随时在 Meta 账号设置中移除对 BUNOVA 应用的授权（Facebook 设置 → 应用和网站 → 移除），移除后我们将不再接收该渠道的新数据；
  • 请优先联系该企业客服提出删除请求；或发送邮件至 privacy@example.com，注明“数据删除请求”、您的联系方式（手机号/邮箱）与大致沟通时间，我们将在核实身份后 30 天内处理并回复。

三、企业客户管理员

企业工作区管理员可在控制台中删除联系人、会话与文档；如需删除整个工作区数据，请发送邮件至 privacy@example.com，注明租户/工作区名称，我们将在核实管理员身份后 30 天内完成删除并书面确认。

四、删除范围与例外

  • 删除包括：联系人资料、会话消息正文、上传文档及其向量索引、同意记录中的可识别信息。
  • 以下信息可能依法或依约保留：去标识化的统计信息、为履行法定义务而必须保留的安全审计日志（保留期最长 365 天，到期删除）。

五、处理时限

我们将在收到可核实的删除请求后 30 天内完成处理，并通过邮件告知结果。如请求复杂，我们会提前说明并延长不超过 30 天。

1. Scope

These instructions apply to individuals who want their personal information in BUNOVA deleted, and to business customer administrators who want their workspace data deleted.

2. Users who interacted with us via Meta channels

If you communicated with a BUNOVA-powered business via WhatsApp, Instagram DM or Messenger, your messages are controlled by that business (not BUNOVA). To delete those conversations:

  • You may also remove BUNOVA's authorization at any time in your Meta account settings (Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove); after removal we stop receiving new data from that channel;
  • Contact that business's support first; or email privacy@example.com with “Data deletion request”, your contact details (phone/email) and approximate conversation dates. We will process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. Business customer administrators

Workspace admins can delete contacts, conversations and documents in the console. To delete an entire workspace, email privacy@example.com with the tenant/workspace name; we will complete deletion within 30 days after verifying admin identity and confirm in writing.

4. Scope and exceptions

  • Deletion covers: contact profiles, conversation message bodies, uploaded documents and their vector indexes, and identifiable data in consent records.
  • We may retain where legally required: de-identified statistics and security audit logs required by legal obligations (max 365 days, then deleted).

5. Timeline

Verifiable deletion requests are completed within 30 days with email confirmation. Complex requests may be extended by up to 30 days with prior notice.
